Can you work with our existing codebase and team?
Yes. We can review the system, identify the bottlenecks, and work alongside your team. A rewrite is a decision to justify, not a default starting point.
How do you estimate cost and timeline?
We first understand the goal, scope, and constraints. Then we discuss the assumptions, dependencies, risks, and a suitable engagement. When uncertainty is significant, a focused review can make the estimate more useful.
Do your case-study savings apply to every project?
No. Those results came from specific project circumstances. We look for valuable improvements in your situation and explain the basis for our recommendations.
Will you build the software or only advise us?
We do both. We can review your product or architecture, build a defined product or feature, or work alongside your team over time. We agree on the scope, responsibilities, and commercial terms before starting.
