You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FunCove and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your Customer Data, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUNCOVE AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for others, or for legal, security, or operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability.

12. Governing law
